Uniform/Clothing Policies 

For those of you that provide uniforms or work clothing, a couple questions: 

1. Do you have a policy for what clothing you provide? 

2. How often do you provide clothing (i.e. - once a year, every other year, etc) 

3. Do you limit the dollar item that can be spent on certain items, like shoes? 

4. What kind of clothing do you provide?
