Beginning the process of merging residential and facilities custodial department.  Looking for resources to aid in navigating us through this process.  Hoping to work with someone to identify staffing needs, areas of redundancy, equipment utilization, cleaning standardization, etc for the unified group.  And many other issues/concerns have not thought about.
