As you may know Texas is looking to begin phases with reopening business and we as a University are currently closed and all on-ground classed are virtual until the fall semester.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

1. For Summer will we:
   1. provide face coverings for staff who will be working on campus 
   2. screen staff for symptoms upon arriving 
   3. take their temperature daily 
   4. construct any physical safety devices such as plexiglass

1. Have any of our students been diagnosed with COVID-19?

1. Are we planning to phase reopening of the Campus and if so will it be Summer or Fall?
