A friend of mine from a large university located in the Northeast is in the process of creating a position of “asset manager” who will have the responsibility of developing and maintaining their asset management program, optimizing their CMMS, etc.  He would like to solicit job descriptions from organizations that have a similar position within the facilities management team.
