I am looking for some assistance on the most effective way to management building automation system (BAS) alarms.  I was wondering if anyone has ever used the services of a subject matter expert/consultant to help an organization review their existing alarm management programs and help them develop and implement a more effective program.  I was also wondering if anyone has found and is currently using some type of alarm management "tool."
