Hello All,

The University of Oklahoma Facilities Management department is engaging in a continuous improvement plan to identify KPIs to track and target for operational improvement.

From an initial list of 140, we have identified 18 for further consideration.  We are seeking any and all feedback from others who have engaged in a similar effort or currently track KPIs.
