I am 'beginning' the thought process of suggesting a departmental reorg that would split facilities services from construction management/capital planning. Right now we are one, however, I see some operational challenges - and most importantly we are experiencing turnover in leadership and this is my window. I am hoping some of you are willing to share your org charts, position titles & descriptions, and general words of wisdom.
