    While I'm not in the field solving facilities challenges day-to-day, my role is to help create the space where the real experts can connect, compare notes, and learn from each other - and I'm excited that this AI in Facilities Management community is exactly that kind of space.

    It will be Clemson wide. Should launch in March. I'm looking at how we can augment and not automate completely. 

    For the PMIS I'm excited about basic form completion where we tend to enter the same data multiple times and sometimes not consistently. Extracting and validating data from images. Contextual searches ( for specs , drawings etc), Ai Submittal review ( Check against spec and our AE standards), Creating RFIs, revealing project insights ( PM KPIs , identify risks ) etc.
