To ensure we have an accurate headcount for support staff throughout the Annual Conference, please use the registration feature to let us know you're coming. The checkout process includes additional questions including when you plan to arrive/leave the conference.

Make Your Hotel Reservation

Use this link to reserve your hotel room. You will be asked for a credit card to hold a room, however, APPA will be covering your hotel room fee. Other room charges/incidentals may be charged to your credit card.

APPA Travel Policy and Expense Reimbursement

All non-APPA employees must follow APPA's Travel Policy and expense reimbursement process. Expenses (including honorarium requests) must be submitted via APPA's approved expense program: Zoho Expense. Instructions for requesting a Zoho Expense account and using the Zoho app are also available on our website.
