If a student room is active with Bed Bugs, do you require your team members to complete routine work?

Hello All,

 I wanted to ask if a student room within Housing is active with Bed Bugs, do you require your maintenance team members to complete routine work orders like patch, paint, repair, fix broken trim etc… and to respond to all work orders just as normal.

 At this time we will not do routine work orders until, we get an all clear after the pest control company. 

 Certainly, we will enter if it was a fire, life and safety issue and respond.

 What do you do?  Do you have a policy and or procedure.
