Can your customers report maintenance issues via text or online chat? If so, how does this work? Our customers can currently report issues by calling, emailing or putting a self service request through our IWMS software, but in this text savvy world I am wondering if any of you allow your customers to text their issues in? If so, what are the pro's and con's? Have you used this service in after hours coverage?
