Good afternoon,

After renting a van from UHaul, where I was able to pick the keys up from a coded lockbox, I'm now wondering if there's some system we could use to distribute keys to our guest apartments. These rooms are occupied by people who need to stay overnight campus for a short time (usually a week or less, mainly our own faculty and students). I would like to have a more convenient way to distribute keys to them, especially those who arrive at times when a staff member is not present.

Do you have any automated or coded lockbox system you use for situations like this that you'd recommend?
