All of my managers and Supervisors have attended the Supervisor toolkit training, and several are engaged in the Institute. However, I am looking for  a longer-term, continuous learning program to engage and develop all my supervisors and lead employees. Ideally this might be a facilitated program with classes every few weeks for a 6-12 month period. Anyone have any suggestions?

As a young supervisor thirty years ago my organization taught a program like this that was branded Motivational Dynamics. I would love to find an equivalent today.
