I came across the following video clip in a co-mindfulness course I am taking online. It struck me as a wonderful example of empathic listening, which is a skill we discuss and practice in Level 1. Empathic listening is one of the skills associated with Habit 5 - Seek First to Understand, Then Be Understood.

When was the last time you REALLY listened to someone? When was the last time someone REALLY listened to you? Have your empathic listening skills atrophied in this era of remote working and learning? What can you do TODAY to flex your empathic listening muscles?

If you feel comfortable, please share some thoughts in this post.
