We (Building Maintenance Optimization Consultants headquartered in Atlanta, GA) are looking for at least two individuals to work on a full-time temporary assignment, on a contract basis, located in the Providence, RI, area.  We are a team of engineers who develop and implement facility asset management programs for institutional clients. This engagement is for professional services provided in climate-controlled spaces.  The team will review existing building floorplans and will walk through buildings on a central campus affixing self-adhesive tags (with QR codes) near the major doors into spaces in these buildings.  The team members must be:

 Ø  Detail-oriented

Ø  Able to perform the work with continual remote and intermittent local oversight

Ø  Courteous to the occupants of these buildings and our client project leads

Ø  Customer service focused

Ø  Conscientious of building interior aesthetics

 The work will start immediately.  We anticipate the work will be completed within seven work-weeks and must be completed by 17 September 2021. Pay is a fixed fee per building, no overtime pay, with coverage of direct expenses for identification documentation, equipment, and uniforms. Staff is expected to average between $25-$40/hour as they increase in proficiency.
