What are your go-to mechanical systems for new buildings and major renovations in administration buildings, classroom buildings, and residence halls? I am particularly interested in your experiences and feedback on VRF/VRV systems. Also welcome your thoughts on other mechanical systems as well. We have multiple VRF applications on campus with somewhat mixed maintenance/operational issues. I am happy to pass on what we have learned in the last 10 years as well.
