Good afternoon APPA coummunity. So after going to APPA U in Ft. Worth. I took the staffing guidelines class that was given. I have been givin the task of figuring out to see if we have the right amount of FTE's for the Grounds Department.  I am currently in the process of measuring out all areas of campus to include all landscaped areas and non- landscaped areas. Do I have to first measurinmg everything then assigned the level of attention to each area measured. Then figure out the staffing matrix using the APPA guidelines?
