Our college is planning to install an entry/exterior door access system that is accessible via student/staff identification cards, with controlled/monitored access needed.  We would prefer that the system integrate with POS functions for our cafeteria for purchases and meal plans, and also cards used for payment and tracked access to college events and functions.  Buildings targeted include but are not limited to halls, athletic areas, offsite training facilities, and student housing.  Referrals of the best systems/equipment would be helpful, but also any recommendations on adequate/good options at a lower cost than the best systems/equipment would be helpful as well.  Additionally, any information on costs you may have incurred recently to install comparable systems overall (with number of door unite/readers), but also annual maintenance and oversight costs would be helpful too.  We anticipate having about 100 doors with card entry, so knowing cost per door would be great.
