Arthur Walsh is a Certified Public Accountant, CMA working as Director of Finance and Administration in Facilities Management at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Previously he worked as Manager of Administrative Services for Facilities Management at the University of New Brunswick, in New Brunswick, Canada, of which he is an alumna, having received his degree in Business Administration.

Arthur enjoys serving the APPA organization at the chapter, regional, and international levels. He is currently the President of ERAPPA, after having served three terms in the Treasurer’s role. In his current capacity he also serves as ERAPPA’s senior representative on the APPA Board of Directors. At the chapter level, Arthur served as VP Membership/Treasurer for two terms, which also included being a member of the ERAPPA membership committee. Arthur also served on the Professional Development Host Committee for ERAPPA 2011, when hosted by his local chapter, AAPPA.

Arthur is the recipient of an APPA President’s Unsung Hero Award, the ERAPPA President’s Award, an ERAPPA Award of Merit, and a Chapter Champion Award. As well, Arthur is a two-time ERAPPA educational scholarship recipient, which supported his attendance and graduation from the APPA Institute of Facilities Management.
